Group Finder "DLC issue"

When we are already in 4 persons group and group leader start queue for random normal dungeon, the people without DLC get system message that queue cannot proceed because some group members have no DLC.
Then group leader is forced to pass the crown to someone else, possibly a person with no DLC, to start queue again.
I admit that if queue is started by people with no DLC, and group has the roles correctly set, random dungeon is found in no time - very quickly (this is a big plus).
I didn't see this issue before patch.
