Enchanter vendors post DB patch

Since the DB patch, my main is champion level 165. All enchanter vendors are selling monumental glyphs for gear with a minimum level of 100. I can craft light armour at >100 but the max I can craft heavy at the moment, for example, is 80. Can I not buy a level ~80 glyph from an NPC vendor anywhere? Will I have to wait to level my crafting skills before being able to buy from an NPC vendor and apply, buy from a player guild or have someone craft for me?? Or level enchant to craft my own level appropriate?
