So, I was tinkering around with my gear, trying to optimize my stats when I realized my
Sorcerer's Attributes weren't recalculating properly after swapping gear on/off WHILE under the effect of Bound Armaments. At first I thought this was simply a UI error, but
my damage was actually LESS even though the SAME EXACT armor piece was re-applied! Before DB, stats would re-calculate and display the updated value (sometimes after a few seconds, but it did update on its own) upon switching gear around - even with the Sorc Toggle Armor ability active. This is no longer the case - even my stamina abilities are displaying less damage in the tooltip as a result. My workaround at this time has been to simply toggle off/on Bound Armaments to force a re-calculate on the stats, but if any gear is swapped or removed, the toggle must be forced to re-calculate again.
I also do not know if this bug is present on other platforms - Please someone test to confirm if it is only XB1.
To test this, I recorded by stats, weapon ability tooltip values, and combat damage with BA active and all gear equipped. Then, I removed 1 armor piece (with only a stamina-increasing effect) and re-equipped it. When I returned to the Character Sheet, the Stamina value of my character was less than the original value - I also preformed less damage in combat, reflecting the erroneous UI value. I DID notice that Undaunted seemed to still work, as my health and magicka were not touched.
It appears that Bound Armaments (a toggle that adds a percentage to a base attribute value) isn't re-calculating from the new base stamina value when gear is changed.@ZOS_JessicaFolsom - Please forward this to the devs to get it looked at. Thanks! I didn't see this issue listed under KNOWN ISSUES, so I'm posting this here.
