should there be another way to level mages guild?

✭✭✭yes change how it is levelledVote for change but not for speed but bc running across stray books is boring.
Also, using add-on to just run and grab from map marker is a big so what.
Imo add daily mage/fighter's guild quests across Tamriel or your zone to advance their skill lines.
Expand the scope as your available zones expand.
Matter of fact, if in TAMRIEL ONE you actually can journey to other alliances while levrlling main quest, have mage/fighter guild dailies specifically send you to other alliance zones. Let them take you outside your "faction" to highlight the cross-political nature of those organizions. Sort of priming you for Stirk.
Ymmv but to me it can be more interesting and easily so.

✭no, it makes sense to collect books to levelI like levelling the Mages Guild line with books, it makes sense that you're progressing by learning knowledge. However, the current situation is a grind - it isn't possible to get Meteor until Cadwell's Silver, even if you go into Cyrodiil. It will be much easier when One Tamriel is released and you can go everywhere to pick up books.Guildmaster of the UESP Guild on the North American PC/Mac Server 2350+ CP & also found on the European PC/Mac Server 1700+ CP
