DB caused several CTD for me, but my other concern is that it now takes about 45 sec to a full minute to load NPC's in ANY zone. It seems the NPC Collison is in place but they are completely invisible otherwise for a good minute. In addition, the quest arrows/circles/etc helpers are also taking upwards of a minute or two to update as you proceed through quest phases. And when I pull up my map to look at the quest objectives they do not show up about half the time. Finally, I am finding that I will take a few steps after entering a zone and get the splash screen again sometimes two or three in a row again this is in ANY zone, not just gold Coast and high traffic areas. There was a definite spike in the previous issues during pri.e time yesterday, however these issues appear more bug related than lag related, it was no where near like this when TG released in March on day one. Thanks again for the great content, it is amazing work! Just wanted to let you guys be aware of possible bugs.

Ever since the update characters are not loading up I'm getting black silhouettes, every time I walk around 10 meters the game is loading or npcs are invisible and I start getting attacked without being able to retaliate. This is obviously a problem to more players than myself. Why am I paying for eso plus when I have problems like this in a clearly unfinished rushed DLC I still don't even get crowns from eso plus. Absolute joke, I'm cancelling my membership if we don't get an answer here.

So beyond the slight improvement when hard re-setting... nothing changed... still same problems... except for one new problem... My ESO plus membership is no longer recognized by the game... As far as Microsoft is concerned, all is well and money has been spent... but the game just seems to think that that my normal fee of $14.99 per month just isnt good enough and will not recognize me as an ESO player... what the fudge @ZOS_GinaBruno??? I contacted ZOS support and was given some garbage answer of restart the Xbox again and if not try contacting Microsoft about it Ref:160626-000434... there is no Microsoft problem it is a game issue.. and now I have to do all the work to fix a problem that I am trying to give your company money for???? Why am I working to earn money to give to you and then working for ZOS now trying to fix problems that I am apparently now paying for.
Very frustrated, countless hours and money into this game now which I have had few regrets about... until now... I can be patient about patches ect.. but when I am thrown under the bus by your customer service... red lights are flashing now....
Here's an idea -- ZOS stop giving us new content and fix what we have. With so many things broken in this game currently, I can't even begin to imagine the horrors of adding more content and expansions, including One Tamriel... I'd even pay more of a monthly subscription fee to have a better experience. I crashed twice last night just doing Maelstrom Arena and it's a SOLO zone! And, I just read the patch notes for PC/Mac from this latest patch that we're supposed to expect tonight for XB1... nothing of major consequence was addressed AGAIN. I'm trying to remain hopeful but now even guild chat is broken, which was an issue that they "fixed" ages ago.
