Thieves guild patch ruined my game

The day the thieves guild patch dropped I haven't been able to play Eso. I can't load any characters. It sits at requesting character load and then kicks me back to main menu said please check for a valid connection. I have played the game almost everyday just fine until thieves guild dropped. I reinstalled the game 3 times. I have set my Xbox as dmz. I have opened the ports on my router I have done absolutely everything and I can't load my character. I can play any other multi-player game just fine (bf4, forza, dying light) etc. But when I try to play this game it doesn't work anymore. I am completely hopeless that I will never be able to play again. I thought maybe agoer dark brotherhood dropped it would fix my game but nothing has changed.

I hate to ask as i'm sure you have - but have you contacted support? Tried a new charactor in case its looping. Sorry not much help

As said above if you haven't already try submitting a support ticket to ZOS and they might be able to talk you through the issues. If you can't get into game and onto a character to do it you can do so via their help page here: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/home

Just click the Other Support Options button and you can log in and submit a ticket.

I have submitted 3 tickets and have gotten nothing. I tried calling a support line and kept getting hung up on so I gave up there.

You should get an achievement or something. I would have found something else to do months ago.

Ahahahaha the only thing really keeping me going is my two friends that I try and play with other than that I've basically given up
