Intricate was always a 'loot' trait item and was never, as far as I know, intended to be a 'craftable' item. Intricate boosts enlightenment on crafting... don't you think that it would be a little overboard and also devalue existing intricate items if everyone could craft them?

The new intricate trait is not supposed to be craftable but yields more mats when you decon such a piece of gear.
