Everything is 'Offline' & there are no words on anything

There are no words on any of the menus I've gone into, all NPC's say offline, and I have items missing from my inventory and bank (yes, I checked my crafting bag). My quests all say "Unknown Quest" and places are "Unknown Zone". Under tasks it says "tracker goal text". I've restarted the xbox and that hasn't helped either. Literally nothing is working right. Two of us use this xbox to play ESO and it isn't working on either account.
