I understand about champion points, but what if you have a Vet 5 pre-Dark Brotherhood, and 501 champion points? Will the Vet 5 have the extra attribute points given or are they somehow earned?

✭Because all 64 previous attribute points are distributed from levels 2 to 50 now, any character on your account at level 50, regardless of current VR or CP points, will have their full complement of 64 Attribute points available after the update.
Even lower level characters (level 5 or above) will have some number of new attribute points available. How many depends on their level.0
