3rd Time is the charm: Are the disappearing gear and other bugs going to be present on console today

I'll keep asking until I get a response I reckon. PC has been plagued by several bad bugs since DB release. The disappearing gear, medicinal use, dark stalker, etc. When DB downloads today on Xbox One, will these bugs be present? Should be a pretty simple question to answer. I would especially like to know because I have a ton of good gear stored on mules that I do not want to vanish, as I wouldn't be able to remember it all. So if this bug is present, I would like to know so I could not log in until it's fixed.

We're pulling together the full known issues list now, and will have them posted at the end of the patch notes as soon as possible (this is the reason the patch notes weren't posted sooner.) The Medicinal use and Dark Stalker fixes are two we know for sure aren't in today's patch since they just went live on PC/Mac last Monday. They will be in the first incremental patch.

I would say that vanishing gear is unlikely - I sincerely hope that any issues there have been gone over with a fine comb.

However, other, 'less significant' bugs may remain - we don't have any information as to whether the PC patches have been pushed into the console release, though some are suggesting that this is the reason for the PS4 delay.

A quick and easy way to test when it's live is to check if medicinal use is working. Drink a potion, time how long the buffs are on your character screen. Also check the potion tooltip duration - if the tooltip is bugged but the buff duration is correct on your character, then the same bug was present in the console patch but has been subject to the same 'fix' as PC, which continues to have bugged tooltips.

@Mush55 nice! My concern is that I have about 4-5 different Julianos sets, like 3 hundings sets, 2-3 clever alchemist sets, plus a ton of Undaunted, trials, and AVA gear. If a piece or two went missing I likely wouldn't notice for a while so I don't want to risk it if they don't answer this haha

If it's not too late, it may be worth taking some screenshots of your inventory!
Either that or note down all the important items you can remember for reference.

Likely a number of the bugs we're experiencing, you guys will also get the joys of. Things like group finder not working, etc. Unless they have a different team working on your version and they actually patched/fixed them.

Good point I have tons of gear on mules i haven't even checked in months.

I definitely suspect what you state is true. We've always been told that patches have to be submitted well in advance to Sony and Microsoft, which I think is why PTS issues aren't fixed on PC, because the game has already been submitted and will roll out to console players the way it is generally on the PTS. If it is the case that we are going to be getting the bugs that have already been patched on PC then I'd just like ZOS to tell us this, and when the fixes will roll out for us. Bugs and issues happen, but I feel like its best to be transparent about this stuff than to be mum about it.

Some poor guy named MasterBear was running around for 3 weeks unclothed due to having been under the level cap when the Vet Ranks were removed and then getting hit with this item loss bug.

So not only did he lose his Sets and such but didn't have a stitch of material to make CP 15o stuff. He'd reported this to ZOS CS three times and never got help. Luckily I saw him mention it and made as much Magnus and Julianos CP 160 and some CP 150 as I had mats for and some nice kuta weapon enchants and now he's happily back to playing. But that's through sheer serendipity. Not all players know about the forums; not all know how to contact CS which does occasionally help.

Guy was naked. Well, he'd cobbled together that kind of junk you see characters under level 10 running around in.

I found an entire set of gear in the merchant buy back after removing from bank with an addon that sorted bound items.

I lost 94 tempering alloys, 60 kuta, 212 dreugh wax, and 88 rosin. That's my story and I am sticking with it. Dam bugs.
