Xbox NA routinely takes 5-90 minutes getting to character select screen.

I was replying about this for the past 10 days in another thread tagging EVERY @Zos person listed without a response, so it's time I get this it's own thread.

LOGIN FAILED
Connection to server timed out.
Please try again later.

This pops up nearly every time I hit play to login to my character selection screen. I try over and over again without success until it finally takes putty on me and let's me in.

I have this installed on 2 different Xboxes, and no matter the troubleshooting steps I take the result is the same. Delete console saved data, reset router, uninstalled and reinstall, hard restart... You name it I've tried it. My internet and multiplayer is tested, and up to snuff.

Seriously @ZOS WTF?!?

I'm starting to feel a bit funny paying for ESO PLUS when I'm losing out on 50% of my available time to play.

Worse than that is if I but knew when I'd be losing an hour at at time vs 5 minutes trying to log onto my game I could be... You know... Having "fun" on my gaming console

I know for sure I'm not the only one with this issue. When will I hear about a fix, or at least an acknowledgement that this issue is being looked at by @ZOS?

    Well in the scheme of troubleshooting, it sounds like it ain't your xbox since you've tried two different xboxes. I haven't had that issue, and everyone in my guild hasn't had that issue...that leaves your connection as the culprit.

    Not saying ZOS isn't to blame, but logic says it's your connection.

    Did you miss the bit about my internet being up to snuff? I play several titles, and use other apps without any connection issue. When I finally log into the game I don't suffer anymore lag than the next guy in PVP.

    I'm not the only one with this issue. There are several other players I've talked to in game with the same problem. There are also more than a few posts/threads about this exact problem on EU/NA xbox.

    Logic tells me that if starting about 10 days ago something changed. It wasn't on my end, and other xbox, and other games on them work perfectly that perhaps there is a problem on their side.

    One of you seriously needs to make sure this is looked at. I've even filed in game tickets days/weeks ago that haven't received even an initial reply.

    This is one such thread up for almost 2 weeks without a response.

    Today for instance I've been trying non-stop for an hour and a half without getting to the character selection screen. When you consider that I have max 3 hours during a weekday to play you can, maybe, see why this has me so agitated.

    3 full hours of trying to log in to at least do my crafting dailies, and set up my crafters with skills and champ points. Flick you guys... Seriously. I still couldn't get in all night. My phone batteries almost ran out reading ebooks waiting for your game to load.
