Is this going to get fixed anytime soon? It is so annoying that everytime I get a champion point that I get spammed by the game for making cp160? On everything character...
I know its a minor issue to some. It is just frustrating.

It should be fixed right after launch, heck it should not exist at all. I am sick of games and content that is releasing in something that feels like v0.6 rather then 1.0.

I actually hadn't clued in that I was getting them on each character the first time I logged into that character after earning a new CP... But now I realize that's exactly what has been happening.I get at least 8 of these each day as I log through my alts for hireling mails. Nope, I've been over the cap since before Thieves Guild, and I'm getting these mails on every character after each time I earn a CP. Maybe you haven't earned a new CP since DB? Hmm. Must be sporadic then. I can honestly say I've earned at least 8 cp's since DB launched. Watch, now that I've said this, I'll start getting them.
