Now the boss dont die when have 0 HP and cannot be killed so the part of the quest is not completed.
Tried dungeon 2 time with same result also when we left group we got nice 10 min cooldown thanks!
Also asked in zone chat ppl have same problem.
The Monstrous Gargoyle dont jump down and is stuck in rocks, we also killed it but Quintus Verres was still alive with 0 hp.

This big has been around forever and ZOS doesn't care. You have to wait until the gargoyle is spawned before killing him.
