Ta vs Jejota - Enchanting writ

Isn't it a bug that when crafting glyphs for enchanting writs only white Aspect Runestone scores the completed status, not the green?
For the first glyph I got, called Trifling Glyph of Magicka, I did it with Jejota because I had them on hand but it didn't score. It did when I repeated with Ta.
Both glyphs have exactly the same name, and in this quest's description is no word about type of Aspect runestone needed, which is a bit confusing.
I had to google this issue before being able to complete the writ.

✭✭✭✭✭Writs have always required Ta Aspects for the Glyphs. If you use any others, the writ will not complete.
Also, on an unrelated, but related note, Equipment Crafting Writs can not use Traited Items, those will not be accepted.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
