✭since subs are optional, I doubt there will be free content, that's how they make money, along with the store and the folks that have opted for a sub, the purchase of the client, they don't make these games because they love us, they love our wallets..

✭✭✭✭✭I doubt that ESO will add any additional zones or story arcs for free but each DLC does come with a base game patch which adds extra stuff for players who don't own the DLC just in other forms.
As others have said the sale of DLC content or subscriptions is what's funding the game now and they need to continue with these to keep everything ticking over.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver
