Inventory, Skills, and Quest display errors and unknown Zone issues

I have been away from the game for a good while and had let my ESO Plus expire.
With the coming DLC I decided to renew my ESO Plus and give it a shot.
After downloading all the delinquent patches I logged in and have found a mess!
All my bank stuff is still there(gold and stored items). Thats good and expected.
When I log into any of my (8) characters and go into displaying character stats or inventory it is an unreadable mess.
The icons seem to be overlaying and dont give any legible description.
I cant read ANY quest info, cant read any achievement info or any skill info. Mostly just blank
I realize that I may not be aware of some new changes that I might need to address in my settings.
When i am in play mode I see the words tracker code in the upper right corner.
And no matter where I am it says UNKNOWN ZONE
HELP!!!!
My XBONE gamer tag is Ilawynde
This was a PC transfer back when that was available.
