I have a lvl 26 wolf elf NB. I organilly was gonna go Stam because that have Stam regen aswell the bow passive. But I enjoy playing Magicka over Stam and feel I have a lot more tools at my disposal. I'm doing pretty well in PVP (black water) able to do pretty good DPS and take it others as well survive and reset fights to my advantage. Can anyone tell me what gear and skills I should be using as I progress that will give me the most DPS. right now I'm wearing all light, vicious death. Using a destro staff and duel wield.

i have a wood elf magblade, trust me when i say its not that bad. the stamina passives actually help out with dodge rolling, blocking, etc.
use julianos or twice born star with torugs or kags swords/staff and 2 pc armor, i see you mentioned pvp so the sets depend on what style of play and can be switched accordingly. you could also be an *** and use viscous death.

Magicka NBs rely on a large magicka pool and a lot of magicka regeneration. If oyu're already using the VD set, try going with something that's easy to obtain. The Seducer set is viable for a low-level magicka user and works well in BWB campaign. I would suggest using skills that buff you and do damage. Cripple, Cloak, Impale, Strife, and Soul Tether are great, just to name a few. I would also suggest using a Resto Staff for your off-hand bar with Strife slotted there as well for healing. Good luck!

I'm currently wearing a 5 pc Seducer, 4 pc Magnus and 3 pc Willpower. All Magicka (Armor) and Spell Damage (Jewelry) Enchants.

    Works pretty nicely

But as a Bosmer, you could also use something that buffs your sneak attacks and ganking abilities since the race has a Stealth Damage passive. You could try a 5 pc Julianos with 4 pc Magnus instead for increased Spell Crits and Spell Damage, or Clever Alchemist for potion ganking.

Which skills you use will largely depend on whether you prefer playing as a ranged caster or as more of a spellsword kind of character, but Strife, Cloak, Concealed Weapon, Healing Ward, Cripple, Fear, Shadow Image, and Sap Essence are all extremely useful skills you should consider using.

As far as gear is concerned, I'd recommend using 5 pieces of Kagrenac's Hope (or Julianos) and 2 pieces of Torug's Pact along with your vicious death set if it's complete.

I'm gonna try out a few of the sets you suggested, where should I stack my CP at aswell for dps? I have 230 cp, how can I increase my concealed weapon, impale, crippling grasp...? I like being able to hit then with a mark target, then into a destructive clench, to a crippling grasp and spamming concealed weapon while weaving light attacks in.

I'm only at 230 for CP, but I really enjoy playing magicka. You think a bow with a 2h would be high dos ?

    Not as good as dw/bow

I've spent quite a bit of time on BWB with my Magicka NB, and I've found 5 piece Kagranac's Hope (gives magicka regen, max magicka, and spell damage plus the increased res speed) and 3/4 piece Magnus (3 piece on resto bar, 4 piece on DW bar) to be quite effective. Although if you have full VD with 3 jewelry pieces, I would personally use that, 5 piece Kagranac's, and 2 piece Torug's Pact swords for the extra spell damage. If you can get your hands on some set jewelry, just use whatever you can get (Warlock set is nice until level 30 or so), otherwise just use non-set arcane jewelry with magicka regen or spell damage enchants based on which one you need more of. I use Magicka enchants on all gear, infused on large pieces, divines on small (impen may be better, but I'm not sure if it is as effective on BWB as it is on the other campaigns). Personally I prefer the Orsinium Max Health/Magicka Regen Food, but Tri-Stat, or Max Health/Max Magicka food should be fine too. I use Restore Magicka/Spell Damage/Detect potions.

One change I might suggest is using a resto staff instead of a destro staff. Magicka NBs don't have much for class healing, so Healing Ward in the resto staff skill line is an invaluable skill for staying alive. Force pulse is the only skill I'd really have interest in from the destro skill line, and as a Magicka NB you can use Swallow Soul for a ranged attack instead.

This is the build I typically run:

    DW:
-Lotus Fan: Gap closer, DOT, can pull enemies from stealth.
-Concealed Weapon: All around great single-target damage skill, and increases stealthed movement speed, making you go nearly as fast as sprinting when using cloak.
-Shadowy Disguise: Suppresses DOTs, guarantees a critical hit, movement speed synergy with Concealed Weapon, makes you invisible. What more needs to be said?
-Mass Hysteria: AOE stun that bypasses blocks, snares enemies, and reduces their damage, probably the strongest stun in the game.
-Sap Essence: Decent AOE, small heal, pulls stealthed enemies, but most importantly grants the 20% spell damage buff.
-Soul Tether: Strong AOE, stuns, restores health, just overall a very strong ultimate.

    Resto Staff:
-Merciless Resolve: The ability itself does a lot of damage, but I use it more for the 8% overall damage increase. You could use the other morph, Relentless Focus, if you want to have more stamina regen.
-Swallow Soul: Good ranged ability, provides a small heal, and increases healing received while slotted. You could go with Funnel Health to provide healing to another ally, but I find the heals off this skill to be so weak that I prefer the increase in healing received.
-Healing Ward: As a Magicka NB, this is your heal. None of the class skills provide much reliable healing. Cast this at low health, go into cloak so you don't get hit, and 6 seconds later you're back to full health. IMO this is a must have skill for a Magicka NB.
-Harness Magicka: Nice damage shield, and restores magicka when it absorbs spell damage.
-Double Take: Essentially 20% damage mitigation, and grants the movement speed buff. Really good defensive skill, and you can cast Double Take, then use Cloak with Concealed Weapon slotted to move very fast without using any stamina.
-Soul Tether: Same reasons as above. I really love this ultimate, and since we're talking BWB chances are you won't have Meteor unlocked.

Some other skills to consider that I've had success with:

-Impale: Nice ranged execute, although I've found that I can put out enough damage where I don't really need the execute and would rather use another defensive or utility skill instead.
-Piercing Mark: Reduces an enemies physical/spell resistance, grants a solid heal when killing a marked target, but most importantly allows you to see stealthed enemies. One of the all around best skills for dealing with another NB. Only reason I don't regularly use this is because I just use Detect/Restore Magicka potions to deal with stealth.
-Death Stroke (either morph): Very cheap, high damage single-target ultimate. One morph stuns, the other increases ultimate regen.
-Shadow Image: I've personally never used this, but know plenty of people who have and being able to teleport back to the shade makes this a great escape/survivability tool.
-Crippling Grasp: Strong ranged DOT, grants movement speed, and immobilizes.
-Siphoning Attacks: Fantastic skill to help with resource management. Make sure you're light attack weaving so you can get the small procs along with the large procs from using skills.
-Blessing of Restoration: If you don't feel comfortable waiting for your Healing Ward shield to expire for heals, this provides a decent burst heal. The additional armor/spell resistance certainly doesn't hurt either.
-Radiant Magelight: Another solid tool to deal with stealthed enemies, plus passively increase spell critical.
-Structured Entropy: Another source of the major spell damage buff if you haven't unlocked (or don't want to run) Sap Essence.
-Rapid Maneuver: Great for speeding up travel times, especially if you haven't spent much time leveling your mount speed. Can also cast Rapid then cloak when you're in trouble and need to escape. I found this skill to be useful early on since I didn't have a lot of other skills unlocked, but by the time I unlocked more good skills this just didn't do enough to justify staying on one of my bars, and I can just use the Double Take/Cloak/Concealed Weapon synergy for a lot of movement speed instead.
-Proxy Det: Will take some time to unlock this Alliance War skill, but it provides good single-target damage, and fantastic AOE damage. One of the cornerstone skills of those AOE burst Magicka NBs. The only reason this is in the "other skills" section is because you'll need to PVP for a while without it before you can unlock it, but once you have it I'd strongly consider adding it to your build.

Remember, when it comes to PVP, DPS is important, but sustain and survivability is also important. Also don't feel hesitant to swap out skills as needed. The build I described is kind of my "base" Magicka NB, but I swap in skills I listed in the "other skills" section all the time depending on the situation and what kind of enemies I tend to be running into. With some basic knowledge of the class, Magicka NB are very strong, and to a certain degree difficult to mess up, so hopefully this helps you get a good idea of what kinds of skills you can use to have success in PVP.

I mainly pve with my magic NB so my setup massively differs in playstyle to the dw lotus fan>concealed weapon>soul tether>sap essence but thought I'd share with you my setup and what things I'd change out for lower level stuff.

    I currently use:

2 piece neirine'ths (obtainable from vet crypt of hearts and undaunted daily quests)
5 piece kagrenacs hope (8 trait craftable)
3 piece willpower all arcane (can drop from normal dungeon bosses or obtained in IC, at non vet and generally sub vr16 you won't be bale to buy them)

I use plain fire staff and resto staff. I hope to complete maelstrom and use the resto and destro from there.

I also will be farming WGT for the spell power cure set as the alternative to kagrenacs.

First of all you can swap the head and shoulders and weapons for all torugs. This will give you a spell dmg and health buff
Freeing you to use julianos as your 5 piece (6 traints and craft able in orsinium)

My front bar (destro) gets moved around a little bit sometimes but is usually:

    Swallow soul
    Inner light
    Merciless resolve
    Impale
(flexible slot) crippling grasp or elemental blockads
Ulti: soul harvest (imo one of the most OP skills in the game, hits hard, buffs your attacks and generates ulti while only costing 50 ulti. Usually have it on this bar to get my ice comet or veil of blades up.

    Back Bar (resto)

    Healing Ward
Proxy Det (was using regeneration before)
    Refreshing path
    Harness magicka
    Sap essence
Ulti: ice comet or veil of blades (was using soul tether before)

As I said before I mainly pve on this NB but wanted to give you another perspective on how to play this class. I like pop every now and again because 1v1 I can be difficult to kill with the amount of healing I have coming in. That is boosted by my racial passive as I run an argonian and my health pool reaches around 28k with food and battle spirit.
