Clouding Swarm - Working now and question to Bosmer/Kahjit?

Hey guys,
does ist working now as intendet on PC? Because in TG it dosnt really makes u invisible, poeple still can attack / hit u with things.
1. Are u really invisible as it was before Orsinium Patch
2. Does the Racial passive from Bosmer and Kahjit increase your dmg while u are invisible through clouding swarm?

mtwiggz✭✭✭✭✭When the invisibility worked you did receive all of the bonuses from stealth. Have yet to test it since DB DLC.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Invisibility in general is broken now. The ultimate no longer properly makes you invisible (neither does cloak apparently).1 -

✭✭You do get the khajiit/bosmer buffs during your swarm.
People can still hit you during the swarm tough with single target skills (fix plx)EU | PC1
