Second skill bar (XBOX ONE)

You should have a second skill bar when you get on 15 level. I have main hand weapon equipped and back up for it. I have off hand weapon and back up for that. Where is my second skill bar? I can swap weapons but only one slot changes in my skill bar and it's always the same slot. Is it something I'm missing or is it a bug?

✭✭✭✭✭So you have weopons in both main and backups, you press left on the X pad and they swap. You then need to setup different skills whilst the back up weopons are in your hands. That make sense?Xbox One | EU | EP

Sounds like it's either a bug, or you equipped the same skills to both bars by mistake.0
