Question about all the daily quests

Hey,

I know there are a few daily quests in the game, like in Orsinium or in the IC.
Besides of doing some in Orsinium I have never done any.

Now I read that with DB new dailys are coming and I am worring that I may miss something when I am not doing them.
Are the dailys worth the time? What can you get from all the different daily quests?

If you try to do all the dailies in the game, you will spend most of your game time doing them. And, as far as dailies go, how are you going to miss anything, if you don't do them today, you can do them tomorrow, the RNG Gods will still be handing out the rewards.

How I pick and choose Dailies to do is what are the rewards? When I was chasing Briarheart, I did the Wrothgar Dailes for instance. Now that I have my CP160 Purple set, I rarely do the Wrothgar Dailies.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

With missing something I don´t meant content, I meant some usefull stuff that you can get. The rewards or whatever you can get in TG and DB.
Like Briarheart, but that is the only thing I know about all the dailys, that you can get that when you do the Orsinium dailys.

Most Dailies aren't really worth doing honestly

Wrothgar Dailies are only worth doing if you're farming the Briarheart, Pariah or Trinimac Valor sets or for the Malacath and Trinimac Motifs

Thieves Guild Heists are only worth doing for the Thieves Guild Motif (Post DB only)

IC dailies give 200 Tel Var stones a pop, regardless of Tel Var multiplier.

Undaunted and Crafting Writs are probably the only really rewarding dailies, unless you aren't farming monster sets or legendary mats (why wouldn't you farm legendary mats?)

There are daily repeatable quests in many zones:
    1. Cyrodiil quest hubs - 10 dailies each, five quest hubs, good for XP only (if you are not ganked too often)
    2. Craglorn has several daily repeatable quests, plus the trials are repeatable. In addition to quest XP, you can get reward urns, but most of them only give cp120-ish level loot, unless Craglorn scaling has been changed, so none of the set items are worth anything. Exception: the Sanctum Ophidia trial is scaled up to cp160 (or leader level), so can give rewarding loot. (vet DSA Master weapons are a rare drop and are capped at cp140, but can still be good, altho DSA doesn't really count as a daily repeatable - there is no associated quest.)
    3. Imperial City - once you complete the quest line, you can do daily repeatables in all six upper city sectors, which are fairly easy to solo, except for the new "zone access" rules based on whether your faction "owns" the zone or not. You get additional Tel Var Stones as a reward, which can be used to buy some PvP-oriented sets and various materials. You will also pick up some vault trophy drops and more TV stones along the way though (plus the usual XP and gold).
    4. Wrothgar / Orsinium has daily delve repeatables (not shareable), which may give you a Trinimac motif fragment in the reward urn, as well as drops from Briarheart, Trinimac, Pariah and several other sets. It also has six daily World Boss repeatable quests, which may give you a Malacath crafting motif fragment in each reward urn, in addition to the same range of set items, although you can also get those from treasure chests. Note that the set item drops are USUALLY blue and cp150 level. Getting a purple cp160 level item is fairly rare.
    5. Hews Bane (Thieves Guild zone) has up to four shareable daily repeatable quests in the zone (two delves, two world bosses, although in theory you do not need to kill the bosses). The bosses can drop the Outlaw crafting style set, I think, so are useful to kill anyway. In addition, the dailies now give you a chance at getting Abah's Landing crafting style motif pages. There are also additional quests to steal stuff in various other zones (unlimited), and a daily repeatable Heist quest, once your Thieves Guild ranking is high enough. The reward urn for the latter is usually just some laundered goods and maybe a leniency writ though (allows you to clear 500g or 2000g off your bounty if you were spotted). The TG DLC does also have some special thieving-related armor set drops, but I don't remember the primary source.
    6. The Gold Coast (Assassin's Guild DLC) zone has up to four shareable daily repeatable quests in zone (you can pickup one each in Anvil or Bravil, and have to get the others shared from a buddy) for the delves and World Bosses. There is no special reward (other than the XP), but you can sometimes get Assassin's crafting style motif fragments from the boss fights. Within the guild, there are also unlimited assassination contracts, and daily "Sacrament" missions (which are kinda like Heists). The reward sacks for these missions usually include special set items, which give 5 piece bonuses after using the blade of woe, or if attacking from behind.
    7. Crafting Writs are a special type of daily repeatable which can be picked up in any zone, but may require a certain character level to be able to deliver to the optimal locations. Special rewards for these (other than boosts to your crafting progression) are the chance of Glass motif crafting fragments (for woodworking, clothing and blacksmithing), and Psijiic Ambrosia recipe fragments (Provisioning), plus (sometimes) survey maps which provide more resources for the next round of writs (and a better chance of Nirncrux stones if the survey map is for Craglorn).
    8. Undaunted Pledges are another special type of daily repeatable quest, obtainable from the Undaunted enclave in the second zone of each faction, once you reach at least level 45. There is one normal mode dungeon and one veteran mode dungeon pledge each day. The special reward is a key to open the Undaunted chests, which may give special monster set shoulder pieces (you get the headpiece from the final boss of vet dungeons), and sometimes the Mercenary crafting motif fragments. In addition, there is a "daily premium RANDOM" dungeon that you can do (either for a normal or veteran dungeon, but not both), which gives 101k bonus XP plus a reward email which may have blue set items and crafting style mats attached (nothing very special though). You can repeat the random dungeons as many times as you like, but any runs after the first only give 30k-ish XP, and green-level reward items instead of blue.

Note that I agree with the previous poster, that most daily repeatable quests are not worth doing, unless you are after something specific; i.e. a particular motif, armor/jewelry/weapon set item (most of them are not best in slot tho), crafting progress (writs), achievements for completing 30+ of the daily repeatables, or just the extra XP (the random dungeon is especially good there).

Is this still the case? I do my writs daily. Each day 5 writs in Craglorn, but after the dark brotherhood hit the servers, those assassins seem to have killed this chance. I did not find a single nirncrux after the patch :hushed:
