Templar Stamina Tank Possible?

Is there such a build as a Stamina Templar Tank? Or are they Magicka Only? Or do Templar even tank? If they do, do they tank well?

Used to run a stam Templar tank. They have a great toolkit for it, from a bubble build (possible with channeled focus and blazing shield) to three ultimates all useful for tanking. (empowering sweep especially)
