TL;DR - Possible to beat Vet maelstrom with 320 CP & Epic gear/enchants?

Dilemma:
I'm currently in a rush to complete veteran maelstrom arena for xb1 before BH drops next week. Barely had gold so I geared up as much as I could.
End result: 5 pc julianos, 3 pc seducer, 2 pc torugs & 3pc will power. All epic, Infused on big pieces; divines on small. Nirnhorned swords, Sharpened Inferno staff (both epic quality), Purple max magicka armor enchants v15-16, purple max spell dmg for jewelry and magicka back on inferno staff/swords.

The problem is I can't get past the first final boss.
Screen shots of my stat sheet (Note: Buffed inferno staff was 2700+)

Took me AGES my first run to beat final boss. Build up overload until it's completely full. Repair armor and go back in. Overload the boss to 3/4 health and kill the first daedroth and healer. Weave attacks and use AoE on the crystals(if you get knocked off overload daedroth). Once crystals are destroyed pick up speed boost and bash boss. Should still have enough overload to kill NPCs and boss. Don't miss any yellow ghosts this phase and don't pop spectral explosion until daedroth spawns as it has to be priority always. Pick up damage boost and Nuke boss. Can pick up defense bonus if in trouble

Problem with that strategy is if you fail you have to spend a few deaths building more ultimate but it is effective. When building overload at beginning of fight pick up the defense boost right before the first daedroth spawns and keep pressure on the boss and daedroth by keeping them in the same AoE. Most of the time you will get to the crystals easily with this strategy

Appreciate the insight, I also forgot to asked how my CP tree should be look? I currently have supper low spell crit so Ima throw on inner light for more. I have the apprentice passive activated, But I'm not sure what else I would be missing.

Here's a link to my first completion on a sorc. Most gear was purple for this run but I have CP cap

This is based off of what I run now @ your 320 CP

    Warrior:

Bastion 60 (this is arguable but I found in vMSA my shields went down at pretty much the same rate with 60 instead of the 100 meta)

Elem resist: 47~ Whatever's left. I split mine 50/50 between elements resist and physical resist but since you are stuck on final boss most damage is elemental

    Theif:

split 50/50 reduced magica cost and magica regen. Maybe save 10 for reduced cost dodge roll for crystal phase. I have nearly 30 in reduced dodge roll

    Mage:

This one depends on what you are running. I run wall of elements and liquid lightening (in vid I don't think I'm using wall of elem but I do now) so I put 100 into elem expert 10 spell pen and the rest (57) into thaurmatage as I run heavy AoE damage in vMSA. Personal I dont run a crit build as I like the regen from the atronauch mundus in MSA. All you really need is 1 overload crit to restore full health anyways.... So with low CP put most into elem expert and the rest into thaurmatage if you rely on AoE

Hope this helps. Does get MUCH easier the second time through
