Trials - how do you join them?

I have been playing this game since day 1 on Xbox but I have never done a trial!! I notice they are not on the Activity Finder tool, so how do you join one? Do you just sit outside their entrance and spam "Would you like to join a group"?

Otherwise yes it's basically spamming that you want to do one. The issue with this for consoles right now is you can't use text chat to organise groups, I would imagine that it'll be easier once that's implement.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver

I did my first trials with a pvp guild that wanted to try them out, then found a couple of more pve guilds to do them regularly.
