Can't Log Specific Character

Okay so after multiple crashes on both the 32 and 64 bit clients today, I uninstalled and reinstalled ESO. Now My AD CP 160 Sorc (Aleawyn) cannot log in. I just get the retrieving character window forever. She's stuck in Stormhaven in the Alicaire region after going after a DB Kill contract. I noticed when I entered the area, the quest did not update with the target's name, and now I can't log her in at all.
I am able to log every other character. I will note that I've noticed a lot of lag and crashes after last monday's patch. I pose the question to people having these issues: Are you by chance wearing the Silencer's Robe? The one you get as a reward for completing the DB questline? I am on this character.
In the meantime, @ZOS_GinaBruno, can someone please move my character so I can log in? Thank you.

They should be able to move you character for you. Community support here can answer you question and check tickets but I don't believe (and correct me if I am wrong) they actually handle any of the issues themselves.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver

Never mind. Fixed itself. Still look into it please ZoS. It seems to be a common bug.

Seravi✭✭✭✭✭Yeah I have one character who is my AD vet in Stormhaven and I get the never ending loading screens. Started after the grouping tool maintenance the other day.
She was fine before that. 0
