Can't Log Specific Character

Okay so after multiple crashes on both the 32 and 64 bit clients today, I uninstalled and reinstalled ESO. Now My AD CP 160 Sorc (Aleawyn) cannot log in. I just get the retrieving character window forever. She's stuck in Stormhaven in the Alicaire region after going after a DB Kill contract. I noticed when I entered the area, the quest did not update with the target's name, and now I can't log her in at all.

I am able to log every other character. I will note that I've noticed a lot of lag and crashes after last monday's patch. I pose the question to people having these issues: Are you by chance wearing the Silencer's Robe? The one you get as a reward for completing the DB questline? I am on this character.

In the meantime, @ZOS_GinaBruno, can someone please move my character so I can log in? Thank you.

    If you haven't already send a support ticket either in game via another character or via the support section of the website here.

    They should be able to move you character for you. Community support here can answer you question and check tickets but I don't believe (and correct me if I am wrong) they actually handle any of the issues themselves.

    Thank you. I did send in a ticket. I know Gina can't handle everything, she was just the Dev that popped into my head.

    Never mind. Fixed itself. Still look into it please ZoS. It seems to be a common bug.

    Yeah I have one character who is my AD vet in Stormhaven and I get the never ending loading screens. Started after the grouping tool maintenance the other day. :( She was fine before that.
