You cannot use this item while moving

I'm spamming my pot key trying to get stamina and nothing happens. Then I notice this warning on the top of my screen that I can't use it while moving? WTF? How does something like this get broken?

We have to stand still now while fighting other players just to use a pot. FFS fix this garbage. FIXING things should be your priority before releasing more boring PVE RP DLC.
