If i was new to the game id assume it would be based off weapon/spell damage. It confuses me which one is more important, 1000 stam/mag or 100 damage.
Lol. That's a great racial choice synopsis at the bottom.MrTarkanian48 wrote: »Lord_Wrath wrote: »Given damage is based off stat pool you're correct. Anyone know a good reason as of why?

1 WD is equivalent to 10.5 stamina. Substituting one for the other will do equal damage.
I do not necessarily think of this as a broken mechanic. Some people choose other races for niche type builds. For example, some people might choose Orc and sacrifice some max stats for the speed/reduced sprint cost. Other people may choose wood elf/khajiit for stealth passives on a gank style build, as opposed to Redguard. Others may choose Argonian to have increased swim speed, and sacrifice being competitive all together.
1000 stam/mag and 100 spell/weapon damage are roughly equal.Lord_Wrath wrote: »If i was new to the game id assume it would be based off weapon/spell damage. It confuses me which one is more important, 1000 stam/mag or 100 damage.
Yes, that is true.The_Outsider wrote: »But I also heard somewhere that certains skills scale better with wpn dmg vs. max stam or vice versa? A bit off topic, but I'm curious non the less.
I think the champion points give biggest difference here but since I moved to Azura's campaign the damage one shots stopped and invincible builds did too. But racial passives still not my favortie choice of skill point allocation
