(3) "Sick Old Lady": Cuts all regen rates by 50%
(4) "Troll Trigger": Instant aggro of any mob in a 100 meter radius
(5) "Going Commando": Every fight has a 1% chance of stripping you naked and replacing your weapon with a rolled up newspaper.
