Can't enter delves or sanctuary in Anvil - Stuck at loading screen

Anytime I try to enter an Anvil dungeon or the DB sanctuary, it gets stuck at loading screen until I cold quit and restart the game. When I log back in, I'll still be in the general zone. It just won't let me enter any delves. 
Anyone else having the problem? Any ideas on what to do?
EDIT: Nevermind, I think its an addon. I just disabled them all and was able to load into the sanctuary.
