Does anyone notice issues when using weapons with Charged trait + Elemental Enchantment?

    You meant the way the game goes over 100% actually goes into the negative, reducing the value? Nahhh...

    Legendary Fire Staff with Elemental x applied.
    Trait Charged --> Increase your chance to apply status effect to 220%

    And still seeing people where this Status effect isn't applied to.

    And you're factoring in the cooldown on enchantments so not looking between triggers on the enchantment?
