Potion Uptime Buffs/Cooldown Timer Bugged?

As you can see here my potion skills are maxed and I should get 47.6 seconds uptime with 45 sec potion cooldown....
I only get around 36 seconds up time which means im losing a lot of damage and regen....never mind my other potions....
Please fix ASAP.....this is a huge dps loss and sustain...for me personally, probably worse for others. No longer can have 24/7 uptime on potion buffs.

✭✭It is now July 20th and Medicinal Use is still broken on LIVE (Don't know about PTS).. at least for me it is. Yes, the characters using the potions have all 3 slots in Medicinal Use. My postions are only lasting 36 seconds not the 47 seconds they are suppose to be lasting.
When is this being fixed? or it is a "feature" now and you don't want to say it because you now you will get a major backlash for it?

I just tested my spell power potions that have 47+ sec duration time and they are giving the full amount of buff time....BUT...
The tooltips for potions are still showing the wrong amount of seconds and still bugged. That's how I've always heard the bug described; the tooltip is wrong, but the buff will last the full duration. @Nebthet78 are you tracking the buff with a buff tracker (if you're on PC that is)
