    About 15+ years ago, in Diablo 2, Blizzard discovered that teleporting an infinite number of times (or even 2-3 times in a row) is somehow unbalanced, so they nurfed it to just 1!

    ZOS needed much, waaaaaaay longer to make this "discovery of balanced PvP", about 20 years later. This is, what I call it, MMORPG-competence.. ;-)

    Yeah. Best you can do in Diablo 3 is double-teleport if you slot the rune for it.

    I'm okay with where streak is, because there are other ways to escape. (Invis pots, positioning, LOS).

    The 'ranged spell casting' is still there. If you play a Templar that is...

    Doesn't work like that in ESO though. You can spam gapclosers, you can dodge or purge roots, break stuns, you can have snare immunity. There's really no way to stop enemies from going to where you are, except 1.) killing them very fast or 2.) running away very fast.

    How are you people comparing Diablo to ESO and using it to say Magicka Sorcs being nerfed (to the point of largescale class depopulation) was necessary?

    Did I miss the point of this thread and it was actually about the new flying gapclosers, or are you really talking about Bolt Escape nerfs atm? I'm genuinely confused over here.....

    LoL idk ppl rarely seems to talk in forums, mostly throwing their *** around (quilty) :hushed:
    what motivated me to put that title was the thread where wrobel threw his *** here (sorc db post) an left it like that, and it wasnt the first time.. considering how genuinely good posts there were from many conserned posters, wrobel couldnt come an say "after reading these posts there is many good points that gave our team nice insights, keep em coming" + maybe some hints about the directions they can take us..

    yea i understand its good business to change game every 3months or ppl might actually quit..
    but they still do some come back some dont.. just a shame really that the things that keep us here cant be something called content thats fun to do..
