Can someone tell me why I'm getting different values on my character sheet for the same item when I toggle it on and off? Pay attention to Magicka Recovery. Is this a game bug or something?

✭✭✭When it's equipped it splits the difference of the values on the set pieces that are equipped. I'm guessing all of your Transmutation Set pieces are not of the same level and/or quality.BawKinTackWarDs PS4/NA0
