eso plaus being cancelled before due date and not receiving my crowns

Hi there i was happily playing ESO yesterday when i had do do something around the house and it logged me out and when i logged back on it was saying i dont have eso plus and i still haven't recived my crowns for having eso plus please if i could get a speedy reply i was trying to speed level my character, Thnaks in advance!

If you're still not seeing ESO Plus as active in game, please try restarting your console. If you haven't received your crowns, please submit a ticket to our support team and our support team will be able to assist you.
