Nightblade help for DB

So as the Dark Brotherhood approaches for console I was looking to craft some new gear for my nightblade who currently sits at VR 6 meaning he will switch so I can fit end game gear onto him as I have 400 champion points.
I usually use Julianos 5pc with torugs and monster sets. I've seen a few builds that use twice born star instead recently so wondering should I go with TBS ? I haven't used my NB for a while as I knew the update was coming but want to figure a build out that might help Me complete VMSA.
