application is unable to start correctly (0xc0000076).
Is anyone else having this issue?
I'm having the same exact error after upgrading from 7 to 10 also a fresh install of windows onto a new hard drive and fresh install of eso onto a different hard drivewas looking forward to trying it.

You actually "downgraded" windows. Now you need more RAM.
Actually, this is very much an upgrade, so please stop disseminating incorrect information. Since installing Windows 10 I find my computer boots far faster, uses less RAM and is far more responsive. The game itself has increased by around 10fps. As far as RAM is concerned I already have 8GB of DDR3 RAM and 4GB on my Graphics card. I have the setting for ESO maxed and I never use more than around 50% of my available RAM. I am very happy with the responsiveness of the game especially running the 64-bit client

Do you uninstall and reinstall or what? How do you get 64 bit?
