Game stuck at " Java Platform SE " Launcher

( i bought this game from steam ) ( can i play it standalone ? ) ( this steam key works only on steam or smth ? like there's launcher ? )


Hey guys ( this is my problem )
" after i press launch the game from the steam
( copy my key to clipboard )
game want to install ( something pop-up )
after it i just select english and ok
and there's problem , i will wait for so much time ( last night i just left the pc about 6-7 hours ) just for test that .. so it's not working .. i'm still not able to click on java ( i can see it on task bar ) but it's won't showup and i can't click anything "

FIREWALL : OFF
Anti-Virus : Don't have anything ( windows defender also disabled )
Windows : 10 64 bit
i downlaod the lastest version of Java Runtime ( you can gimme the "safe" link for download also if you see there's real problem )

My advice is:

Uninstall Java.

You don't need it for ESO, and its doubtful you need it for anything else. Java is just an unnecessary security risk these days.

Go under your Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs and uninstall every version of Java or Oracle Java you see there, then reboot your system. After that i bet your problem goes away

i fix that problem ( using youtube guide .. and i can move ( steam data ) and try run it standalone and download some data ) here's new problem i got after launch play ( also i repaired that game aswell )
