Looking for a friendly mature PvE/PvP guild with ts or something similar

I only have one toon that I play as ,for now, and that is a CR360 templar healer.
As PvE is concerned, I have limited experience doing trails as I got my toon to vet 16 about 2 months ago then took a break for a month and I'm just getting back in the game so I didn't get to do many of them but I can follow instructions as long you are patient. I haven't done the vet wgt or icp enough to say that I'm 100% comfortable that I can keep everyone alive or even myself for that matter but I've got a solid understanding of how the Planar Inhibitor and Molag Kena fights work on normal. I don't know hardly anything about icp as I've only completed it once and every other attempt ended in failure either do to lack of solid dps numbers and either everyone dieing as a result or the fights just took forever and people left, not having a tank or having one that was unfamiliar with the fights and rage quiting, or me just not being able to keep everyone alive.
As far as PvP is concerned, I'm terrible when it comes to fighting other players as I don't understand how to weave attacks or animation cancel but as I'm a healer I don't really need to know any of that stuff. I've healed in the sewers as well as raiding keeps in cyro and could keep most people alive in partys with 6 to 8 people in them as long as there was at least one tank that knew what they were doing and as long as we weren't zerg rushed or ran in to much more skilled players I do a fairly decent job of keeping people alive. I'm pretty decent at running away while healing provided there is room to do so or running behind others to attempt redirect the enemy players agro which ever the situation calls for.
I know this probably isn't the best description in a post asking to join a guild but it is an honest one and that has to count for something so give me a shot.
