Maybe when people copied my work there already they should have said they were cut/copy/hacking it and not taken it without pointing out who wrote it or following their website's ToS to get my permission.

I don't want to add, I want to REMOVE or at least attribute my step-by-step guide to leveling alchemy and my paraphrasing of how the game describes the traits written to fit in my tables that they directly copied -- very obvious as its my wording not the game's wording.

My comments are still being automatically removed from the fextra website. As I just tried saying there again in the alchemy page comments:

"Please remove my step-by-step guide to leveling alchemy. If you want to use my work, attribute and ask or link to the webpage which I published on the official game forums. Don't hack it here."

I'm sorry that you are having troubles - I have never seen your work but we have always specifically requested and credited contributors, as you can see in many pages. Please do not assume there's something malicious going on.

If someone added your work, or portions of it which you believe should be credited, you can edit the page by clicking the top right "edit" button. You don't even need an account for it.

The wiki was just recently migrated to a new software and a lot of the features are still being fine-tuned, so if you can't edit let me know the specifics via PM and I'll take care of it.

Thank you to whomever adjusted the wording in the traits tables away from my wording. At least part of the issue is resolved.

@s0kr4t3s It may indeed be true that everyone can add things there, but the things that are added should be your own work. Using someone else's work without permission is a violation of the copyright of that material, and more than likely the Terms of Use of the wiki as well.

I suppose that depends what you would call proof...

1. My partner watched me work up the guides over the course of more than a month, gathering data, screencapping, writing up descriptions, working on things and reworking things for many weeks while she wanted to be playing together instead.

2. I also do have drafts saved along the progress of the pages so one could see how they evolved rather than being born from nothingness.

3. Anywhere I worked with someone else's info rather than in-game data (ie, from discussion on the PTS threads) I did attribute those ideas, for example in footnotes to the tables on some pages, so I've shown I have honor and know/follow the rules of avoiding plagiarism.

So I have some proof I suppose, not to mention on the date that I initially publicly mentioned my guides the pages were unique.
