cast AOE-Skills with mouse wheel

I would like to cast AOE-Skills with the mouse wheel. Right now it's not possible to put AOE-Skills on the mouse wheel without having problems to place them where you want to and then finally cast the spell. I know there is a setting for it in the menue but unfortunaley even if autocast is disabled the spell is casted immediately when scrolling the mouse wheel two "tocks". Please add one more setting to the configuration of Autocasting and let the AOE-Spell cast only when confirmed with a left mouse click.
