    Ok, so from what I'm seeing, she shows up for about 20-30min, disappears for about 10-15min, then shows back up again.

    I wish, I waited like 2 hours for it to show up before it did. Looks sporadic as hell.

    I saw her Friday but could not interact with her. It was weird. A few of us standing around her saw her while others did not see her at all. No idea what that was all about.

    I am so pissed right now. Like many of you that were waiting for so long for this helm, it seems like it ZOS is playing mind games on us.

    The vendor appeared but my inventory was full. I went to the band to store some items and when I got back in 5 minutes she was gone again. I mean I bet someone is having a good laugh out of this. :(

    Was lucky to grab another helmet before I logged off last night. She dissapeared while I was shopping but respawned again after 1 min through a beam of light.

    (if only she sold the shoulder so I could dress my dunmer for fight :smiley: )

    There's nothing quite like decent customer service, and that reply is nothing like decent customer service.
