    It also appeared periodically through the weekend, but would despawn a short while later.

    RNG is RNG and I accept that, but to just make it next weeks item because it was bugged this week seems dumb and unfair to everyone else when they could just resolve it through support tickets.

    What about the rest of the people that got screwed over?

    I've been the unluckiest person in the world trying to farm Valkyn Skoria helms, quite literally a 100+ runs before I gave up.
    And now I've been screwed again because I couldn't access the vendor and was on vacation the first time it came up for sale.

    This is utter bs!!

    That quote is taken out of context of the conversation in this thread. I don't want to lose the opportunity to get a different piece next week because I think this is something that can be handled through support tickets.

    That would be nice, but undoubtedly there will be people who miss both weeks. "I was here one week, not the other" etc.
