Love the Personalities Addition

Yes, I realise there is only one, but perhaps there will be an additional personality PER DLC already avail. Anyway, I think it's a nice touch to further give your characters uniqueness.

Off topic suggestion: I would like costumes and disguises to be added to collections, or a separate "collections" type of system.

I really like it too. I hope they add more soon, though. It kinda defeats the purpose if everyone has the same "personality" :P
Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

    Meet my characters:
    Spoiler
    Command: Do the thing.

Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.

Yeah I am hoping they'll add more in perhaps tied to quest completions, so many of us might get them as soon as we log in (i.e. Thieves Guild main quest line, Mage Guild, Fighter's guild, Faction quests...). Maybe a "soldier" or "mercenary" for PvP accomplishments too.

What I don't understand is, why they had to remove the dagger from the personality's idle and walking animations. It looks quite weird without it, just standing there with the hand uselessly placed at the hip.

Because almost everybody that gave feedback on it on PTS said that the characters were playing with the dagger too often and that the dagger clipped with dual wield weapons. That apparently translated to ZOS as "take the dagger away but don't change the animations to reflect that" :/

IMO the animations of that personality trigger a whole lot too often to be fun - it gets annoying pretty quickly, especially in 1st person, where those blades swing in front of your eyes ever so often and are just an annoyance. I had to switch it off - it is ok as an idle animation, when I do not anything really and just stand around and chat - but otherwise it is an annoyance. Especially when running in 1st person, it is quite distracting, that the animations keep triggering to be immediately cancelled - my character is drawing the blade and it disappears again, he draws it again, and it disappears again, this is driving me nuts - so I had to switch that off. @ZOS_JessicaFolsom please be so kind to redirect this to the right person - this has to be changed, because it is a nice feature, but like it currently works is too annoying.

1: make the 'flavor' animations proc less often
2: dont use weapons or if you do, use ones of the style and material as equipped on the character
3: make walk/run/sprint animations for unsheathed weapons too

Well, that weapon is most likely the otherwise hidden blade of woe.

The standard set of animations are your "old personality".
