PVE:
You could go all Destro/restro/mage guild and be pretty darn effective.
You could go all DW/Bow/Fighter guild as well stamina wise and wreck stuff.
Dungeons would not be that hard either as a dps, don't take min/max builds to do them.
Trials/PvP/vMA would be interesting to hear about though.

Amdar_Godkiller✭✭✭✭✭Dw/Bow builds don't really need any class abilities for PVE. Obidian shield is pretty much the only class skill that never leaves my bar. 2 excellent AOEs; fire, poison (of the Dot-execute variety), and bleed Dots; 2 potential
single target attacks; a CC in Magnum Shot, and and then run vigor and evil hunter.1 -

I made a character like that, with Ice Staff, because I wanted a cryomancer and we have no class with an Ice Magic line.
But she isn't even lvl 15 yet, and it will take a while for me to see if she can handle herself.Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.
Meet my characters:Command: Do the thing.
Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.1 -

✭✭I play without class abilities slottted (except ultimates) and for normal world content it's fine.
I don't do dungeons, trials or PvP though, so can't comment on how well it would work. I assume normal dungeons should be fine, but vet dungeons and trials probably not.1
