Is questing more faster now than grinding after the VR patch? ( new player=returningplayer) i enjoy questing, and exploring but im a pvper, so i tend to rush endgame on first then explore after.

Personally I say grinding is the fastst way of leveling. back before ic dropped I went from barely starting the game I want to say I was lvl 32 on my first char. I joined a guild and started getting promoted in it for being awesome and ended up high ranking in the guild. So naturally I needed to level up fast to be able to help more effectively. I went from lvl 32 to v13 in a month or less . Though I was popping xp scrolls and when I ran out I was chugging abrosias every 30mins.

I could have done it faster if I knew the best grind spots or had some of the ones we do now that are much better.

Grinding is technically faster, but you miss out on all of the skill points and skyshards you miss from Questing. Also, you miss out on questing, which is one of the biggest strengths of the game.

I would recommend you just quest. You will get more out of it by the end.

    Then why pick an MMORPG?

Not trying to be snarky, just honestly curious.

MMORPG's are all about Questing/Exploration and building a character. PvP is/should only be an afterthought.

If PvP in an MMO-ish format is what you're wanting, I can't help but to think that a MOBA might be more what you are looking for?

Without VR you will reach max level far more easily. Since you are mainly a PvPer, you can just play in a campaign with no CPs untill you feel you have enough CPs not to be destroyed in the other campaigns. Just don't level a sorcerer :p

I'm a slow grinder I can normally hit max lvl in 5 days. Grinding is the fastest way to lvl in ESO but since you're a new player I would recommend you play the game and quest but you can enter Cyrodiil at lvl 10.

The Champion System lvl scale was added a few days ago and the lvl 122 you just saw is equal to a vet 12 but you can be at your max a CP lvl 501 ( armor/weapons will only be scaled to 160) but you can just keep gain more CP for your character.

Any level above 50 is now displayed in Champion Points, so that person you saw at 122 has 122 Champion Points.

If you enjoy questing, I would split my time between questing and PvP. As soon as you have 160 champion points, you will be able to equip max level gear.

If you have not yet done so, explore the delves and towns in Cyrodiil for skyshards and quests. There are 5 towns in Cyrodiil that have daily quests that give a good chunk of XP. So you can run over to one of them when things are quiet PvP-wise and hop right back into the action if things heat up.

is it worth to do low level quests ( 2-5 levels below ) currently lv 6 as EP in stonefall, and i have this quest addon that shows the level of the quest, will the exp reward be worth it from the time it takes to complete the quest?

Many of the main quests give skill points, so sometimes the answer is yes.
Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.
    ***
Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

But why? Games actually targeted for the PvP experience (like MOBAs) would give you a much better PvP experience than an MMO where PvP was tacked on more as an after thought. Why slog through the content and quests when all you want to do is PvP? (Not to mention all the popular MOBAs are free).

That's sort of like going to a five star restaurant just to order a ham sandwich.

To each their own and all that, but I'm curious about why one would go this route. Especially for a game where PvP has had some...issues.

Picking up this game to just grind to end game is kind of a waste IMO.
