Problem with repetition of system messages/notifications, and hireling mail issues

Since DB patch I have noticed the following, I say noticed, but actually it's really irritating.

- Keep getting the "Champion 160" mail every time I log in on a character, even if I have logged in on them and received that mail 10, 20, 30 times already.

- Tutorial tips keep appearing every time I try to use the interface as though I have only just started playing - crafting bag tips, guild page tips, social page tips etc.

- Guild MOTD notifications keep coming back up - one of my guilds changed the MOTD in the morning and I got a notification about that as expected, however for the next few hours every time I switched characters or exited the game and logged back on I got the same notification - the MOTD had not changed, but I got the notification for it probably around 40 times today. I am wary of changing my own guild MOTD for fear of it spamming people. (I know there is an addon that can prevent notifications, but that is not the issue, I just want it back where it was before the update when you would get just 1 notification on 1 character that a guild MOTD had changed and then not hear about it again).

- Hireling mail does not always trigger when you first log into a character even though it is due, sometimes you have to log in, log out, and log back in again.

I keep getting the Champion 160 mail too, but luckily none of the other bugs you experience.

One of my friends said the System mail triggers every time you get a Champion Point if you're already over 160. Which means every time you earn a Champion Point and every time you switch characters.

^THIS is what's happening and it is completely unnecessary. How much system resources are being taken by a system that is constantly sending out these messages all day?!?
