[Suggestion] Upgrading Aspect Runes

There's a point where the lower tier aspect runes become useless; once you hit your maximum level it's all about the Kuta. I would like to see the ability to upgrade lower tier aspect runes into their respective higher tier.
For example:
10 Ta = 1 Jejota
10 Jejota = 1 Denata
10 Denata = 1 Rekuta
10 Rekuta = 1 Kuta
This would make all tiers useful at max level by adding another method to obtain the highly sought Kuta rune.
For example:
