Does anybody else have an issue with the activation of DLC with alt characters?

After the Dark Brotherhood patch it seems activation of some of the DLC reset to not active. I then had to go back in a set the DLC active except 1 of my 5 characters I cannot activate the “Imperial City” DLC. All other characters’ worked fine. I opened a ticket on this, but I just want to ask the community if I am doing something incorrect or if this is a known issue that I have not been able to search on yet.

same, all DLC set back to not active and can activate all but IC. Annoying part is every time I log in i get a mail about champ 160 with links to the dlcs

I was hoping it was just an issue with my one character and a simple 10-minute fix for tech support. Sounds like it might be a greater issue.

Thanks for reporting this issue, please reply with your server, the name of the character affected and the level of that character so we can look into this.

The Server name is NA the character affected is "Varragh"

I have 8 characters, all who are above the CP cap with the exception of one character who is level 27. I am an ESO Plus member and always have been.

Every day I receive the Champion 160 mail including this past hour when I logged in my first character Zayana on the PC NA EP server. Zayana has had more than 160 CP for over a year now. Zayana also had a notification to check her DLC today which showed she had something new to do with Imperial City. Her Accept Quest option was greyed out, giving her the option to Unlock the DLC permanently.

I logged Zayana out and logged in another character. I didn't receive another Champion 160 mail on my second character. Then I logged that character out and logged Zayana back in. This time Zayana's Imperial City Accept quest option wasn't greyed out.

It seems as if the system is prompting you to accept the quests for all the DLCs for every character. I don't want to do the DLC content for every character and I wish the system would stop prompting me. Imagine down the road when more and more DLCs are released and your quest journal is half full with DLC starter quests!

It's not a solution to accept the quest and then later on abandon it. The system will prompt you that you have something new to accept in your DLC section.

ZOS_DaryaK - I saw this thread and I have the same problem (have had it for months actually). My server is North America (NA), I'm using XBOX One, and my character's name is "Thandor Thrain". I have logged in and out and restarted many times over the months but it never lets this one character of mine accept the Imperial City Quest "City on the Brink". All of the others worked fine and let me accept the quest - both of the new Shadowfen dungeon DLC quests, Dark Brotherhood DLC quest, Thieves Guild, and Orsinium.
