Will I keep DLC unlocked costumes and pet when sub runs out?

I'll be dropping ESO+ for 1 month and I was curious if I'll still be able to use the costumes and pets from DLC (like jackal) that are already unlocked. I didn't buy the DLC.

Yes, everything you earn while you have access to the dlc will remain yours even after you drop eso plus
