The Nord Passive Resist Frost currently provides
- 2079 Cold Resistance
- 9% Max Health
Suggestion
1)Change Name to Hearty
2) Change passives to
- +X% bonus to meals and drinks
- 9% Max Health
This will give Nords a sustain bonus in a round about way.

Not the point. Point is racial passives are meant to relate to the race via lore, not be designed solely for min/maxing.
If anything Zenimax should make more enemies use ice, and give players more ice abilities.

I guess, resistance to frost and immune to snare's that are done by frost damage.

They can easily move the frost resistance with rugged in order to keep lore friendly. Let's be real though, that frost resistance isn't worth having 3% less health for.
