Do you have any Assassins League motifs unlocked? I logged my non vampire toon, and now i'm getting dried blood frequently. But, it also has AL motifs unlocked... so do i need motifs unlocked to get the materials, or its bugged with vampires?
So having a motif unlocked do affects the drop rate? Because i tried to farm it on my vampire nightblade, who didn't had any unlocked. I killed NPCs, and humanoid enemies, and i got nothing, not a single drop for 2 hours, and hundreds of kills later. While on my templar, i had unlucked one motif (staves), and after i got the blade of woe, i got 2 tainted blood in 20 minutes.
Either way, we need a proper explanation on what are the requirements to get dried blood. xD
Oh, and not to mention how friggin' anoying is to use Blade of woe as a vampire. Waiting for the correct prompt to pop up its like a cointoss. So many random feeds...

This is a joke, I have all the motifs and I'm level 7 DB so what ZOS are saying is buy mimic stones from the store or you have to wait to create the armour set you just spent 3 days farming for.

I know right? When new, desirable gear is released with new content everyone should be able to get it within 24 hours or it's just a complete and utter joke.
I know when I get stuff, I want to look at it and say "Ahhh, this was so easy to get, and everyone else has it as well! What a satisfying endeavor this has been... /patselfonback"

If there was a requirement to know a motif, that would be a sad day for ESO because I only have ONE crafting character and they are the ones who learn motifs, I don't need to learn them on characters that don't craft. So if this were true, it would mean that anyone who has a main crafting character would not be getting these style stone drops with all their other, non-crafting characters. Which is why I don't believe it is true, it would be a horrible business decision by ZOS, who knows full well that the majority of players don't craft on every character.
